Interactive tools
The audit, planning, writing, listing and measurement tools process entries locally in your browser page. Their code does not transmit those entries or store them in browser storage. Refreshing or closing the page clears them. You can choose to download a work file containing your entries and open it here later. Work files are read in the page and are not uploaded. Keep downloaded files containing business details somewhere you trust. Copy buttons write the text you selected to your device clipboard. Files download only when you select a download or export action. Avoid entering passwords or sensitive personal information.
Enquiry forms
Submitting a local SEO or directory-management enquiry sends the information you enter to Grow Wild through Netlify Forms so the agency can respond. The request also includes a random enquiry reference and the relevant page on this site. With analytics permission, it can include the first page of the visit, the referring site and recognised campaign labels. Contact details and notes are not sent to Google Analytics. Do not include sensitive customer records or account credentials. A short-lived confirmation reference is kept in session storage after a successful submission.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It records page visits, a tool-use event, resource-download clicks, enquiry starts, service-link clicks and accepted enquiry submissions. It does not receive tool entries, imported work files, form contents or full URL queries. Tool-use events indicate interaction, not a completed or correct result. A submitted enquiry is not automatically a qualified lead or a sale.
The site stores your analytics choice in this browser for up to six months. With permission, Google Analytics uses measurement cookies with a configured 30-day lifetime; Google processes measurement data under its own practices. Session storage retains limited source information for the visit. Only predefined campaign labels are recognised; other labels are recorded as unrecognised. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in the site tag.
Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. Choosing No thanks stops this site from loading analytics, clears its analytics cookies and removes session attribution. The forms and tools continue to work. Read Google’s privacy policy for its handling of information.
Hosting and external links
Hosting providers may process ordinary request information to serve and protect the website. Microsoft Clarity session replay is optional and off until you separately choose Allow session replay in the footer’s Session replay preferences. It records clicks, scrolling and a masked view of eligible static guide pages to help us improve their usability. All page text is masked. Replay is excluded from tools, forms, other pages and visits containing query or fragment data. Google Analytics consent does not enable replay. Advertising storage is denied. Clarity may use first-party analytics cookies after your replay consent. Your preference lasts up to six months, and you can withdraw it through the same footer control; withdrawal reloads the page with replay disabled. Microsoft processes the consented usage information under its privacy statement. We do not send custom identities or form/tool entries to Clarity.
